Najee and Jay’s story began over 12 years ago—not just as friends, but as chosen family. What started as a shared bond eventually evolved into a shared passion: the art of cocktails and the magic that happens when people gather around a great drink.
Jay’s journey was rooted in hospitality. Years spent behind bars and in restaurants across Florida shaped his deep appreciation for service, connection, and creating moments that make guests feel truly cared for. Najee’s path took a different turn. With a love for history and a curious mind, he dove into the origins of spirits, the stories behind classic cocktails, and the way flavors have evolved over time—transforming knowledge into craft.
When their paths finally converged, Twyst Cocktail Co. was born. Together, they blend heartfelt hospitality with thoughtful storytelling, crafting cocktails that are as meaningful as they are memorable.
